This site describes our company, capabilities, project evidence and viewpoints. It is not a project-specific commitment, quotation, warranty or legal advice. Content may change as technology, experience and law evolve.

Projects and contracts

Project scope, deliverables, source-code rights, licenses, fees, milestones, acceptance, support, data responsibility and confidentiality are governed by the signed contract or statement of work. Statements such as ‘source-code delivery available’ describe a negotiable delivery model, not an automatic term for every engagement.

Intellectual property and fair use

Branding, text, design, code examples, graphics and resources belong to Yuanmo or their respective owners. Reasonable internal evaluation with attribution is permitted; copying the full site, impersonating the brand, disrupting services or bypassing security is not.

Third parties and liability

Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss caused by reliance on general website content or events outside our control.
